Wedding Dress Terms

I understand that my order must be paid in full before I receive my dress(es). I understand that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If I choose to do a payment plan I understand that my card will be automatically charged 1/3 of the balance on this day every month until paid off. For custom dress(es), I understand that once I give final approval of a design and it goes to manufacturing I cannot change the design without paying for the full order again. I understand that once products are in the mail A. Daley Bridal is no longer liable for the order and cannot control if items are delivered on-time, undamaged, and to the correct location.* A Daley Bridal strives to ensure that all products are stamped and addressed correctly. All items are insured for up to $100. Clients may request to insure more. Clients must approve all addresses before they are sent.* I understand that A. Daley Bridal may use my custom wedding dress as marketing on websites/social pages and at marketing events without sharing any of my personal information. If I receive a review discount I understand that a review of A. Daley Bridal’s service must be received before I  get my product or the review discount will be rescinded and I will be charged the full amount. I understand that refunds are not available, however, most products can be exchanged for the same or a different product at the same price, if a product is broken, defective, different from the approved design, or different from measurements outside of 1-2 mm in sewing seams. I understand that once I order a custom dress and it is approved to go to manufacturing, it must be paid in full before the process can move forward. Custom dresses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All Dresses/apparel, accessory, and undergarment sales are final, however, they can be exchanged if found defective within 7 days of receiving the dress.

Stationery Terms

I understand that my order must be paid in full before it goes to print. I understand that the 25% deposit is non-refundable. If I choose to use a payment plan I understand that my card will be automatically charged a 1/3 of the balance on this day every month until the order is paid off. All payments must be completed before items are sent to printers or manufacturers. I understand that once I give the final approval of a design and it goes to print I cannot change the design without paying for the full order again. I understand that once invitations are in the mail A. Daley Bridal is no longer liable for the order and cannot control if items are delivered on-time, undamaged, and to the correct location.* A Daley Bridal strives to ensure that all invitations are stamped and addressed correctly. Clients must approve all addresses before they are sent.* I understand that A. Daley Bridal may use my invitation suite as marketing on websites/social pages and at marketing events without sharing any of my personal information. If I receive a review discount I understand that a review of A. Daley Bridal’s service must be received before I  get my product or the review discount will be rescinded, and I will be charged the full amount (the un-discounted balance).

Products/Merchandise Terms

Daley Bridal is no longer liable for the order and cannot control if items are delivered on-time, undamaged, and to the correct location.* A Daley Bridal strives to ensure that all products are stamped and addressed correctly. CANCELLATION POLICY

~ 0% of the deposit is forfeited if the event is canceled within 1 day of the signing of this contract

~ 33% of the deposit is forfeited if the event is canceled between 2-7 days of the signing of this contract

~80% of the deposit is forfeited if the event is canceled between 8-30 days of the signing of this contract

~100% of the deposit will be forfeited if the event is canceled after 30 days of the signing of this contract

In consideration of the mutual promises set forth here, under the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, A. Daley Bridal, a business, and Customer/you

All contracts entered into between Customer/you an(a) individual(s) and all other vendors will be between you, the client(s), and the vendors. A. Daley Bridal will not enter into any vendor contracts on behalf of you, the client(s). A. Daley Bridal is not responsible for payments due to any other vendor on your behalf. The undersigned agrees to let A. Daley Bridal know of any changes to the wedding/event and or vendors that they will be using. The undersigned also agrees to immediately notify A. Daley Bridal in the case of a cancellation or change to the

wedding/event date(s). If the new date(s) is/are available on the calendar of A. Daley Bridals, we will amend this contract to include the new wedding/event date(s). If the new date(s) requested is/are not available on the calendar of A. Daley Bridal, all monies paid will not be refunded. The undersigned agrees that there will not be another wedding planner/event coordinator working with the undersigned except for services or products A. Daley Bridal does not have available. In the event the undersigned uses the services of another wedding planner/event coordinator for advice and/or direction to the undersigned wedding/event date(s), the undersigned forfeits this contract and all monies paid will not be refunded.

The undersigned agrees to pay a 50% deposit upon signing this agreement and pay the remaining balance 30 days prior to the wedding/event date(s) of _____________. I understand that I am using A. Daley Bridal to help with my wedding planning. 

General terms

I acknowledge A. Daley Bridal and its representatives are not liable for the products or services and warranties of participating vendors. I understand that it is my responsibility to purchase my own wedding insurance if I desire to do so. I understand that A. Daley Bridal is not liable for any accident, illness, mishap, and/or property damage caused by the hosting of my wedding/event. I am solely responsible for any accident, illness, mishap, and/or property damage caused by the hosting of my wedding/event. In the event of any dispute or legal action between the parties concerning the enforcement or interpretation of this General Contract, each party agrees to mediation. Each party waived the right to court hearings. All disputes must be mediated.
